Lately I've been feeling a little blue. February can be such a tough month. The holidays are long behind us, the newness and excitement of a fresh start in January is now over, spring fever has kicked in...and well it is easy to get stuck in a bit of a rut and to feel a little blue. But...spring is just around the corner :-) We have managed to keep this month exciting; we hosted our annual super bowl party, my sister came to visit, we started on a new art / DIY project for the house, and we have managed to get outdoors a lot.
Blue is one of the hottest colors this spring. And in many shades, from placid (pale) blue, hemlock (mint), to dazzling (bright) blue. It is such a flattering color. I immediately fell in love with this top because of it's subtle ombre look. I decided to pair it here with a flowy bright blue skirt and a mint envelope clutch. The gold belt adds a touch of glam texture. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
