Today I am so excited to share something a little different for The Style Dean! When I first started this blog I thought I would keep it completely separate from my wedding planning + event design business, but this beautiful feature is just too good not to share with all of you. Plus, I have since decided to occasionally bring a little of my love of event design onto this blog...after-all it is another passion of mine and compliments my love of fashion nicely!
I had so much fun designing and coordinating this "Garden Glamour" style guide feature for Brides of North Texas magazine! Brides of North Texas is one of my all time favorite bridal magazines, filled with 100% of it's content from local wedding professionals in the Dallas / Fort Worth market. It is a must for any of you who are brides or soon to be brides :-)
The inspiration behind this shoot was romantic secret garden. I wanted to beautifully merge romantic glamour with natural garden elements. The Four Seasons was the perfect location for this! Not only is it one of my favorite spots in Dallas...my family and I have spent a lot of time there and at the very pool where this shoot took place. So not only does the venue hold a special place in my heart, but it is also a beautiful resort with incredible staff!
I worked with some amazingly talented creative partners to make this shoot a reality. Stems of Dallas created the stunning florals. How amazing are the floral chair swags! Ducky Bob's and Fauxcades provided the pretty rentals. Delicious Cakes made the adorable mini cakes. Paper Planet out did themselves with all of the cuteness that was the paper products and stationery. Four Seasons catering made the most incredible food and beverage items to compliment the setting. Thank you to Allen Tsai Photography for beautifully capturing all of the details!
A huge thank you to Brides of North Texas magazine for selecting my design to feature in the new Fall / Winter 2014 issue!
xo, Deanie
